Managing Roles & Permissions
Invite your team and control their access to ensure security and operational efficiency.
As your business grows, you'll need to involve more team members. WaDoot's granular permission system allows you to bring in agents, managers, and developers while ensuring they only see what they need to see.
Inviting Team Members
Go to 'Settings' > 'Team' and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email and select their primary role. They'll receive an invitation to set up their own sub-account.
Defined Roles
Choose from 'Admin' (full access), 'Manager' (campaigns and team management), or 'Agent' (live chat only). Each role has pre-set permissions tailored to their function.
Custom Permissions
Need something more specific? Use 'Custom Roles' to toggle individual access to features like 'Export Contacts', 'Delete Templates', or 'View Analytics'.
Activity Monitoring
Admins can view agent performance metrics and login history to ensure accountability and provide training where needed.
